iVAULT Administrator Training
This new course is conducted in our Vancouver training facility and will bring together iVAULT site administrators to provide a structured approach to iVAULT site configuration, including concepts and practical work with MapGuide and SQL Server database. Additional modules for ArcGIS and Google iVAULT versions are in development.

The training is 90% hands-on using a small generic dataset, so participants will not get bogged down with unfamiliar data and workflows (and so it can be delivered to people from multiple organizations at once).

The training is typically presented as a comprehensive Three-day Course that covers all required components of a full iVAULT implementation, or a specialized One-day Workshop that focuses on topics of interest.

An extra Client-Specific Workshop module using client data can be appended to the training if desired. This would likely be presented to a single organization, typically on-site, although we could deliver the workshop at the PAT training facility if needed.

This training is modular so that it can be tailored to the needs of the participants. Each module is listed in the table below, along with the minimum number of hours allotted for its delivery, the associated software applications (where applicable) and its availability for inclusion in the workshop.

Three-day Course

• Most of the modules will be covered in the 3-day course, based on participant requirements and the amount of time spent on each module (note that the Hours shown in the table above represent the minimum amount of time for each module).
• During this course, participants will build a sample iVAULT site.

One-day workshop

• A selection of the available modules will be presented in the 1-day workshop, based on participant requirements, and totalling 7 or 8 hours.
  
• During this workshop, participants will work on a sample iVAULT site if needed.
