When implementing their E911 system, the Regional District of Kitimat Stikine needed to find a method to update their rural addressing. In a remote area of BC, even the cost of assembling a basemap was out of reach. So they turned to Pacific Alliance Technologies.
We worked with their limited budget and set up a Google-based address confirmation tool that all their stakeholders could update. Today their E911 system has some of the best addressing of any system – making it much easier for the emergency crews to save lives!
