iVAULT has a number of configurable report capabilities. We have chosen to use this approach rather than the costly requirement of providing a range of custom reports that are hard to support and maintain.

Detailed Report

Our clients configure their own detailed reports through the use of the report generation tool. Every component of the detailed report is configurable in iVAULT Administrator and presented to each role as defined – and within a web browser. When combined with iVAULT Edit – as in this example – each of the database attribrutes are editable by users with that have edit rights.

Event Displayer

Each asset on the map can be configured to report on the events that occurred to that asset. In the below example a quick click on the parcel returns the Development Permit status and timing of property and road surveys. Those permits and surveys can then be viewed by clicking on ‘view event details’. Events can be maintained for any linear, point or polygon asset – for example, pipes, roads, parcels, etc.
