Hosting Environment The Network is a fully redundant 100Mbps network, which is multi-honed and has redundant CISCO routers. Bandwidth is from more than 4 major carriers to ensure constant up-time. The network employs HSRP (Hot Standby Routing Protocol) and BGP (Border Gateway Protocol). The facility has 24/7 on-site security, 3 days worth of backup power generators, and full UPS. Server Architecture
We run a redundant server to “shadow” the primary server. In the event of a total hardware failure, the second server will take over while the primary is repaired. In addition to the hardware redundancy, back-ups are completed on a regular basis, which consists of a full weekly back-up, with daily increments. The combination of hardware and offline back-up procedures ensure that the system data is preserved in all circumstances.
